Warranty Policy
Products comes with a [Stated on each product] year limited warranty. Buyers must contact us first for exchange within the warranty period. Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer's/user's part. We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) No. for each item that needs returning. We do not accept any returns without an RMA number. Defective products must be returned within 14 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, no replacement will be made. Customers must contact us first for the return address. 
Refund Policy
Non faulty items MUST be returned with our original packaging and in saleable condition.
If you item was delivered to you free of charge, delivery charges will be deducted from your total refund amount as this is an out of pocket expense from ourselves. Refunds will be made upon receipt of the returned item. Items returned as 'No longer required' by the buyer must be unopened, undamaged and in a fully saleable condition in order for a full refund to be issued. If you need to return a non-defective battery to us, it MUST be unused, sealed in its original packaging and pass a voltage test on return. Otherwise, no refund can be issued.
